What do you mean by "best"? Best academically? Best at sport? Best social contacts for later life? Academically, the selective high schools are the best. You have to sit an entrance exam to get in, money won't do it. The selective high schools are listed here:

Do you mean universities? If so, then the University of Sydney, one of Australia's best universities, is at the top of the list.
