Why do queensland need to make sure that:-

* There are role boundaries
* There are legal requirements
* There aren't tensions with othr individuals
* There aren't tensions between service users
* They are balancing the needs of people who use services with the availability of resources.
* They are balancing people’s rights against their responsibilities
* There aren't any tensions between service user and the organisation.

Within the care home?
