I have been wanting food and I have not been able to get full for the WHOLE day...so should I eat? Or should I not listen to my stupid mind abot eating every second, and stop eating for a while?
(by the way, I ate alot...like 2 microwaveable dinners and cereal...and I have been awake for only 3 and a half hours.)

It doesn't sound like your hungry, it sounds like your BORED...yes, do stop eating, for this will become a habit that will be hard to break...
You should eat something for breakfast, find something to do, clean, watch a movie, call a friend, dance anything...only after 2 hours should you have a snack, if you will continue with this it will become a good habit...continue this through the day until you have dinner in the evening and don't eat past 7:00 p.m.
I read, play sudoku, read information on the computer, work in my yard, wash my car, etc...anything to stay busy..
I also found that chewing gum helps alot too...if your not hungry when your snack time comes around try to hold off till the next meal time.

STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
your probably bored find something to do so it takes your mind off eating and drink lots of water your probably really dehydrated but eating instead thats why you dont feel full

i once read that 70% of the times a person feels hungry they are actually thirsty

so no soda either! drink water its good and healthy

people usually associate some stomach feelings as being hungry when infact its bcos u havnt drank enough. drink more water and milk and you should soon start to feel better
