First right click on the task bar, and make sure there is not a check mark next to LOCK THE TASK BAR. If there is, remove the check mark.

Then just click on any empty space on the task bar and drag or pull your mouse pointer to the bottom of your screen. This may take several tries, so don't give up.

After you get it back to the bottom, make sure you "lock the task bar".

Right click on your start menu and make sure Lock the Taskbar is not clicked. Then drag an empty space to the bottom of your screen . It should work

It's just a click-and-drag job!

Just click & hold an empty part of the taskbar, drag it to the bottom & drop. Job done!

(You might need to unlock it first; to do that, just right-click on the taskbar & de-select "Lock the Taskbar").
