goto run>type msconfig> goto the start up tap and disbable all. hit ok then restart puter. if that does not slow down some of the processes, email me back.

These are program running in the background.
Many are owned and run as system processes.
These are generally programs that need to be running to keep every thing working.
Others line iexplorer are programs that you run (internet explorer) that MS chooses to run as a service.
Word and Outlook are also run in this fashion too.

What anti virus programs do you have running? How often do you scan and update them?

Do you have programs for preventing spyware and do you have a firewall?

These things would have prevented you from infection.

Sounds like that is what is wrong with your computer.

"had it cleaned" 0.... by whom. I am software tech- you must know what you are doing in windows to properly remove TSRs. If you dont know what a TSR is, you have more problems than you realize. just format and reinstall windows. you are so overloaded with spyware... i know for a fact because you are online right now! how could you not be! you use windows, and connect to the internet- haha! you're hosed.* sorry im not trying to be rude or conceited, i did this for a living many years- its extremely involved, thats all

You most likely have a virus on the computer or way to many programs running at once.
