I have a disk of burned movies on a SwissTec disk and when I put it in to my computer, it does not open automatically. When I click on the D: drive it says to insert a disk. The guy who burned it for me says it worked fine on his computer so I'm not sure what's wrong. Is there a program I need to download to read the disk, or something? Anybody have any idea?? Thanks.

Some drives dont always work with copyed disc.Open your dvd program first then install the disc and see if it reads it.Try the disc in a tv or another player to see if its any good.May need a different dvd program.

I'm not sure , but is your D drive a CD rom if so it won't play a DVD and then also sometimes what was burned on one computer will not work on another . Thats just a guess on my part because that has happen to me.
