My rabbit seems to be sneezing all the time. She makes weird snuffling/snorting sounds and is constantly shaking her head. I think she's sneezing or trying to get rid of phlegm in her nose, cause when I'm nearby, sometimes I can feel moisture from when she's shaking her head. It's been going on for a couple of months at least. Is this normal behavior? Is there anything sold in pet stores that deals with this? Should I take her to the vet?

Your rabbit has a cold. Pasteurella is the most common form of cold in rabbits and it is very hard to get rid of. However, not all rabbit colds are a result of pasteurella as some vets quickly assume. The vet needs to take a sample, determine what strain is causing the cold and then prescribe the proper medicine. If the correct strain isn't identified that is causing the cold, the medicine won't be affective.

Make sure to follow the medications directions to a T. Not giving the medicine for long enough or not giving enough or not being regular with the medication can lead to the medication not working and the strain becoming resistant to the medicine. Also be careful about handling any other rabbits you may have or having that rabbit in contact with other rabbits. Colds can spread very easily and they are hard to cure.

So take your rabbit to the vet. If you don't, it will never quit sneezing.

Also keep in mind that more medicine isn't better. Giving too much medicine or giving it for too long can possibly cause kidney or liver problems to your rabbit depending on the medicine. And twice the dosage may not work any better than the normal correct dosage.

Rabbits can die very quickly. The sound that you describe could be something as innocent as an aggressive sound because it feels threatened or it could be something like an allergy to the stuff that is in the cage. There are somethings that should not be in the cage. Wood chips are bad because they release VOC's These have been shown to cause cancer. Dust from things like clay cat litter can cause respiratory problems if you are using that. I don't believe that you will find anything in pet stores. A trip to the vet might be good but you have to find a vet that knows rabbits.

Dont worry, take it to the vets, my rabbit had this and was put on antibiotics cos he had a cold.. it wasnt snuffles it was a couple of months now your rabbit wouldn't still be here i wouldn't think cos that is a life threatening thing.. dont delay in taking him to the vets though cos left untreated it will turn into pneumonia which is usually non treatable in rabbits.
