Can you upload a video from YouTube onto your computer or a CD?

I want to get a video from YouTube and put it on a CD for a presentation. Is this possible?

http://www.techcrunch.com/get-youtube-movie/ copy and paste the url of the youtube video and remeber to add .flv at the end of the file name. then go on http://www.media-convert.com and convert it to the file type you want
