The breaks if any good at all should hold the car.

eventually the car would over power the brakes and go anyways... if you let off the brakes (after holding them) you would burn out... if you don't press hard on the accelerator you will just feel the car change position ready to jump off the line..
then what were you asking? that is exactly what will happen depending on the circumstance
