Now I don't have a problem with Homosexuals or what they do... they can do what they want. But wasn't man meant for woman? Sperm cells instinctively have tails to swim in search of egg cells to penetrate them, what are they swimming for if they end up in another man's anus?

Your question is a loaded one because it implies that humans have a purpose.

And that question, "do humans have a purpose?" is its own question, and the answer will depend on your beliefs, views, upbringing, etc.

If you base the assumption that humans were designed, then yes, man was meant for women. If you go with "nature," well nature is a rather existential and amoral concept, so there is no purpose, and hence, no man wasn't meant for a woman or anything else for that matter.

There's a higher power than god (gasp), and that's human nature. Now I just love to point out to Bible-quoting Christians this one passage:
1 Corinthians 6:9-10 "Don't you know that those who do wrong will have no share in the Kingdom of God? Don't fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, who are idol worshipers, adulterers, male prostitutes, homesexuals, thieves, greedy people, drunkards, abusers, and swindlers--none of these will have a share in the Kingdom of God." (NLT - New Testament)
See? Gay people may go to hell, but so will the majority of Christians. I have more of a problem with adulterers than homosexuals. In fact, I suppot gay people and straight people.

there are over 500 species of animals that have homosexual tendancies, it is not exclusive to man. therefore, it seems that it is a part of nature. This is especially true where either there are not enough of either males or females to satisfy sexual urges or, such as with humans, where there are allready enough of the species to procreate. In that case, homosexuality actually serves a useful purpose...to help control the number of newborns of the species.
