Not necessarily because people can see the same thing but see it in a different way. Take art for two people can look at the same picture at the same time but that picture will have a different meaning to each person. So those two people are seeing the same thing (the picture) but not seeing the same thing (the meaning).

Yes, we would have seen the same thing...however, there's a good chance we would have different stories about what it was we saw. People see things different ways.

Maybe not. How do you know that you are ever seeing exactly the same thing? you can't look through someone else's eyes to be sure.
