Is log10Z the same as logZ??

also if someone plots log10Z instead of lnZ, would it affect the value of m from the equation lnZ= mx +c

well, u cxan test this by inputting a value ibn 4 z. 4 simplicity we'll keep it 1. so ur question is is log10=in1? if u plug this in ur calc, u will find the answer to be log10=1, in1=2. so the answer is no. also, since these nubers are inequal, it willl make a difference when one is plotted instead of another.

If the base is not specifically given as 10 then it is implied that is ln and definitely it will affect the equation

No. log 10Z = log 10 + log Z.
It wouldn't affect the value of m, it would change
c to c-log 10.
