I need to make things from dry pasta and need quick drying non-toxic glue.

I would recommend the old fashioned homemade flour and water paste. It is completely non toxic, except to people who are allergic to wheat flour.

Elmer's white glue. Fast drying and non-toxic

any crafts glue will work. I get the gluebird or Tacky glue. You can thin it down quite a bit for sticking pasta or cereal to stuff.

teachers use these 2 glues in our area for their inexpensive arts and crafts time.

Non toxic.....all you have really is good old fashioned Elmer's School Glue

Aleene's Tacky glue or even better, Aleene's
fast grab Tacky Glue. I use both and they are
fantastic. You can find them at Michael's, Hobby
Lobby and Wal-Mart in their craft department.
