I know there's www.switchboard.com, but because it's a cell phone it will cost money. If it were a residential phone it may not though. You could call it back and see if it goes to their voicemail. If it's not automated it might say their name.

Most cell phones arent listed on the websites. You can tell the phone company that you are getting annoying calls and they can put a trap on your line. If you have call blocker, you can block their calls.

LOOK IN YOUR PHONE BOOK, IT WILL BE A THING LIKE STAR 69 IF YOU FIND IT WHEN THEY CALL HIT THAT STAR NIMBER AFTER THEY HANG UP, THE PHONE COMPANY KEEPS TRACK OF THEM AFTER 5 OF THE SAME NUMBER BEING LISTED AS A PRANK SHOWS UP THE PHONE COMPANY STEPS IN, IT SHOULD BE LISTED IN YOUR PHONE BOOK, IF NOT CALL THE PHONE COMPANY AND GET IT(EACH TIME THEY CALL YOU HAVE TO USE THE STAR NUMBER)
