Yea, and those sad songs actually make you feel better. I have those days, sometimes, it is just a way of getting it out of your system.

Not really. Sometimes I have days when I just want to listen to bands that play lots of sad songs, so I guess that's sort of the same thing. I usually listen to a lot of rock and roll, be it sad or just, well, rockin'.

I definitely do. I listen to music that reflects what mood I'm in..On my laid back or kinda depressing days I'll listen to some good solid love/sad songs...or If i'm just in the mood for it!

I think everyone has those days. I also have days when I listen to a cd formally known as man bashing music. At least listening to music is not s destructive activity.

every one has these days but i dont like listening to sad songs i like them to be noisy to express my anger,but i listen to sad songs because they are often quiet and sometimes i feel i want to relax hehe

sure. sometimes you merely want a great cry. I never fail to cry when I hear to, "Dance With My Father" by utilising Luther Vandross. It jogs my memory of my previous due father. I omit him a lot. i will consistently be a daddy's woman.
