Does any one know how or where to make a voice/acting demo reel?

Does any one know how or where I can make a voice/acting demo reel? I heard that it is good to have one to send in for audition. I am not sure how it suppose to look like or sound like. Do you know if there is a website with examples? Thanks

hire a good sound studio, prepare several examples of your voice acting, commercials, other sounds and voices, like for animal characters and cartoons, short monolgues that demondstrate your abilities. The total running time of all this should be about 5 min.,
