When writing an essay, do i evaluate throughout, or evaluate at the end?

Im writing an essay for sociology and it is 14 marks for description and 6 marks for evaluation.
should I...
describe and evaluate throughout
or describe and then evaluate at the end?

Give your conclusions in an introduction summary at the start, then explain and justify them in the text, then summarise at the bottom

Write an introduction explaining the main things that you will be putting in your essay. then write a few paragraphs describing, then do an evaluation at the end. x
