I i got an old HP deskjet 3930 and one day i was printing stuff for school and it doesnt print, i dont know if it is ink or not, i dont have the application to check anymore. My sister says that it prints sum graphs or pictures but not normal text in microsoft word 2007, i also tried in notepad but it doesnt do anything...

no matter what options i choose its the same thing... should i be getting a new printer or what?

it also prints webpages, not text in microsoft word

contact hp via Internet live chat and they may be able to help you if to difficult but the new Kodak that has cheep ink

Hi. A new printer may actually cost less than ink for the old printer.

Try reinstalling the print driver. Printers are famous for all kinds of problems because of the driver.
