It's not that simple. You must first find out all the minimal specs. for the game and compare them to your laptop. You can right click my computer and goto properties to find the cpu speed and ram you have. You will also need software most games require directx software to run 3d rendered games. And as stated before most laptops have built-in videocards so changing them is not an option. I would say if you buy a laptop make sure you think about what you want to use it for before you run into this problem again.

This really depends on the CPU, ram and hard drive of the computer as well as the video card and other memory. The reason is that the high end games end up taking much more from all of the parts of your computer.
You can look on the back of the box of the game and see what the requirments are. Then you will be able to look at what your computer has and see if your system is compatible.
Often times laptops are not fast enough. The mobile technology that is in laptops, works on a different core that does not use all of the electricity. So it may not be fast enough on the basis that there would not be enough energy.
Good luck

You cannot add a video card to a laptop. The video card is built into the motherboard. You can add RAM, though.

Hi. Not without a very fast CPU. Laptops CAN be used for some games but usually the heat will be too much for them.
