No, only plant cells have cell wall for strength. Both plant and animal cells have cell membranes.

Not really. The cell wall is a separate structure in plant cells which gives plant cells their shape. It's typically made of cellulose and other components. The cell membrane of plant cells is inside the cell wall.

In animal cells, the cell membrane forms the outer barrier but it's not the same as a cell wall in composition. Cell membranes also make animal cells more flexible than the rigid cell walls of plant cells allow plant cells to be.

But the membrane could be considered a wall in the sense that it does provide a barrier from the outside enviroment, just not the typical cell wall definition.

A cell wall is a fairly rigid layer surrounding a cell, located external to the cell membrane, that provides the cell with structural support, protection, and a filtering mechanism. The cell wall also prevents over-expansion when water enters the cell. They are found in plants, bacteria, archaea, fungi, and algae. Animals and most protists do not have cell walls. The cell membrane (also called the plasma membrane or plasmalemma) is a semipermeable lipid bilayer common to all living cells. It contains a variety of biological molecules, primarily proteins and lipids, which are involved in a vast array of cellular processes, and also serves as the attachment point for both the intracellular cytoskeleton and, if present, the cell wall.

Cell membrane and cell wall are different.Cell wall is the outer most covering of the plant cell.the second inner most covering of plant cell is the cell membrane which is semi permeable.Cell wall is permeable to all substances.
Cell wall is absent in an animal cell.Only a cell membrane is found

No. Otherwise it would be called a wall. It acts as a barrier in a way, but structurally it is not a cell wall nor does it function like a cell wall. Its one of the main differences between plant and animal cells.

cell wall is the outermost covering of the cells and it is non living part of the cell. It is composed of various materials like cellulose, pectin, silica or scleroids and give the cell its shape. It is semipermeable and play a role in cell cell interactions.

While cell membrane is a living part of the cell and is a selectively permeable membrane. It is composed of phospholipid layers(PLLP) and controlls the flow of materials to and from the cell.
