Lola Maria, or Lauren Marie, or Camille Paige all for girls of course.

If I could switch the Maria/Marie forms, I absolutely love Lola Marie (not loving the double-a endings of the current combo, that's all), Lauren Maria and Camille. All gorgeous, classic feminine options!
Paige has simply never been a favorite, I'm afraid. An androgynous filler middle name that's all too common, but only brings to mind a young boy attending a knight (the literal meaning LOL) or a page in a book. I just never got the appeal, to be honest.
The rest are all lovely choices, however. ;)
Ps. Don't let an above comment dissuade you regarding Lola. Obviously they're simply unfamiliar, but Lola is a VERY old name stemming from Dolores. Honestly, it doesn't get much older or more classic than that (short of actually using Dolores, with Lola as the nickname). Not trendy in the least! LOL

I like Lola, but I think Lola Marie might sound better.
Lauren Marie is pretty, but common,
Camille Paige is beautiful. It's my favorite. If I am having a girl the middle name is going to be Paige as well. I love it!

Of the first names, I like Lauren or Camille the best (Lola is cool, but seems more like a nickname than a formal name for me). I'd like Lauren the best if it were a little different, since Lauren itself is so popular - Laurelie, Laurel, Alaura/Alora/Elora, Laura, Laurie, Laurinda, etc. If you did that, I'd like Camille better as a middle name - Maria, Marie, and Paige are really quite overused as middle names. I would choose Camille as the first name though, if it had any other obvious nicknames than Cam or Cammie - don't really like those. Milly or Miley might be cute, but you might not like those lol. A name like Laurel Camille or Laurel Camilla would be really nice - and not too explicitly floral (though they're both flower names).

I think that all of them are great except i agree that Lauren is a little too common. I really love Camille Paige. Its so original but such a great name. Lola is also a gorgeous name. Since you like the above names, maybe try Lola Marie. I think that sounds great!

Lola Marie is a beautiful name. I've never really liked the name Lauren, and Camille is okay.

I'd suggest your 3rd choice - Camille Paige, as older/family and more traditional names are elegant, yet more than trendy. They won't go out of style. Lola is one that certainly does (although the middle name is stronger). Lauren Marie is just too bland, and sounds like any mall-walker or her soccer mom... I'd go with the 3rd, unless Maria is the stronger family name (in which I'd switch out the Paige, for Camille Maria).
