They lost to Air Force and Navy. Army doesn't play Notre Dame. Of course, Army, VMI, the Coast Guard, the Marines, the Border Patrol, the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, or even the White House staff could beat Notre Dame as badly as they've been playing.
