Technically speaking, a "classic Martini" could be garnished with olives. in case you garnish a "classic Martini" with cocktail onions, it then turns right into a "Gibson". Martini's alongside with a "Cosmo" could get a lemon twist (rind purely), yet often, any flavored martini may be garnished with even though the consumer-friendly style of that martini is, i.e. Apple Martini with an apple wedge, Chocolate Martini with a hershey kiss...

Also, for the lunch one, u use a hunk of cheese (mostly cheddar in a gin martini).
