I do it on paper first and then verify with a calculator. If the answers do not match, I then double check both again.

It takes a little longer, but I know, for sure, that the answer is correct.

the calculator will not make mistakes, the only mistake that can be made are buy the user. The microprocessor is tried and true so you can trust it if you are able to enter the equations in correctly. Otherwise you are wasting your time and money using it if you end up doing it by hand anyway.

If the question is complicated I will check but usually trust my calculator otherwise what's the point in having one.

I trust the calculator but I don't trust my typing skills. Therefore, I also double check with my trusty paper and pencil.

Uh
That's why I have a calculator . . . So that I don't have to work the problems out on paper. To double- or triple-check I just clear the calculater and do it again and again.

i trust my calculator. i mean, if i have to use the calculator for something, it must be either too long or too complicated to work out on my own.

if you check it yourself afterwards, why still use calculators at all?
