What do you do when someone tells you something BUT you promise before you know what the thing is to not tell.

the person who it is about 8-) BUT then you think the person should really know what this person has said?

Do you keep the confidentiality thing going on with the other person OR do you tell a close mate what they have heard? Dont want to fall out with anyone or look like a stirrer?
