Videos on iPod?

how do you get videos in your documents folders into iTunes? i dont want to buy any videos from itunes i just want to put my video on.

Easy. Find the URL of the vid that you want and go to http://www.zamzar.com/url and put it in. Press Convert to mp4. They'll send you an email a few mins later, just click on the link and press Download, then press Save and save it somewhere where you'll remember.

Then open iTunes and go to File > Add File to Library, and there it is! It should show up in the movies section.
