According to the latest pick, the Orange Bowl will be Virginia Tech vs. Missouri

I'd go with Virginia and since the Orange gets the first pick amongst the eligible teams, I think they go with either West Virginia or the loser of the Big XII title game.
Not sure that if it is Virginia that they could pass up the Border War.

Va Tech. they will probably play the higest rank big 12 team because the Orange bowl has the first pick after the Rose and Sugar for losing teams to the championship game.
