i've tried boots no7 stay perfect, and a clinque waterproof one.
it seems like an hour after apply my mascara i end up with dark smudges under my eyes, though i don't rub or even touch my eyes.
can anyone suggest a good mascara thats stays put? (that i can get in the UK)

If you apply concealer or foundation on or around your eye area, that would cause the mascara to run and smudge no matter what brand you use. Can you get L'oreal? Try L'oreal Volume Shocking or Rimmel.
