SINCE2003, I AM CONTINUOUSLY TRYING TO GET ENTER THE PUNJAB FINANCIAL COMMISSIONER APPEALS-CHANDIGARH'S JUDGEMENT IN THE REVENUE RECORD, BY SENDING ATTESTED COPY OF JUDGEMENT TO DEPUTY COMMISSIONER AMRITSAR AND SUBORDINATE OFFICES.BUT FRUITLESS.RTI-ACT CAME IN 2005. I TRIED THIS ACTUP TO STATE INFORMATION COMMISSIONER/REVENUE MINISTER.I SENT E-MAILS TO MINISTERS/CABNET MINISTER.BUT NO RESPONSE.IF I GO TO ANY COURT IT WILL COST ME ATLEASTRS.30 THOUSANDS. BUT PATWARI WILL TAKE RS.250 IN THE SHAPE OF CORRUPTION, FOR SUPPLYING THE INFORMATION.SHOULD I GIVE RS250TO PATWARI OR SHOULD I SPEND RS30000/IN COURTS FOR GETTING INFORMATION ?.

Mr.Shah,you are probably not aware that a former PM is on record for having quipped once that corruption is a way of life in India.You
also appear not to be aware that corruption has been developed to a fine art.We are a developed nation at least in this respect,We
could teach the world some lessons and more.
In such a scenario don't you think it is wise to
pay up Rs.250 to the patwari to get your job done than spend your time,energy and hard earned money in litigating?I am sure you agree.

What is more important to you ? stop corruption or that information. If you stop corruption such cases wont happen in future. Depends on what your priorities are.
