What are your temps? The basking spot could be 100F. Open mouth is how they set loose extra warmth. The black beard ability rigidity. It sounds like he's over heated. Use a digital probe thermometer in basic terms to degree temps accurately.

Well, I'm gonna take a wild guess and say he's lethargic? Or tired? Wow. Amazing, I have never seen an animal/mammal/reptile ever yawn.

They do not yawn. This is called venting. It can be compared to a dog panting.
They open their mouths when they are too hot to "vent" out the heat.

i have a bearded dragon and when he puffs his beard and opens his mouth it means he thinks hes in danger and hes scared and if hes too hot he will do that too

If you just fed him/her your beardie might just be trying to work the food down, if he/she was puffed out he/she might just be aggervated(sp), or possibly just stretching jaw you never know.
