Yeah you would be very surprise what the nurses in the Er say about that. I won't go into details, but someone I know always tells me that is good to wash up everyday and change your under garments. Because you never know when an emergency could come up like a car accident. FYI people have made comments about the underwear of the patients being rushed in.

I'd say if you were in an accident bad enough to be taken to the hospital, you're going to need a change of drawers anyway..

I change boxers daily cant wear them more than one day seems gosse. and i thow out the ones with holes just in case.
