I'd never heard that one, and I've read a lot of books both about myths and legends from all over the world as well as made-up fantasy/horror stories. Never encountered this at all.
I am always barefoot and I went barefoot in cemeteries several times. I once went to one funeral shod (most of the family didn't know me and I didn't want to cause comment) but I felt so terribly wrong walking there on the sacred ground with shoes, I felt like I was cursing with every step... spirituality isn't the main part of my barefooting but it does play a part, especially in places like churches, graveyards, any ancient building, I want to walk softly and feel the Earth beneath me, everywhere but especially in those places. I'm not afraid of spirits entering me through the feet, I firmly believe that walking on Mother Earth gently and barefoot is a *good* thing.

I would suggest sticking to that advice, but only because there tends to be broken glass scattered about in graveyards. A consequence of teenagers hanging around hoping for something spooky to happen, I imagine.

Never heard it before. But most superstitions are believed to be fake. The myth is probably your foot will be grabbed.
