All of Adam Sandlers movies cause their always funny and they always have a good meaning to them.

Absolutely, without a doubt, the best, funniest movie EVER made, has GOT to be "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World".
No other movie brought together so many A-list comedians (for minimum salaries) and capitalized on the funniest parts of their personalities, AND had a brilliant underlying story besides.
It's the only comedy that made my pee from laughing so hard.
I guess they tried to do something similar in the 70's with those Cannonball movies, but really today's comedians are so selfish and arrogant that this kind of movie can never be done again. About the closest we'll get is voiceovers in a cartoon, which is actually pretty lame.
Ethel Merman as the obnoxious mother in law, absolutely hysterical.

Run Fatboy Run was hilarious - the bit with David Walliams had me in stitches even before he said anything!!!
Edit after reading other people's answers: I also loved Meet the Fockers and Borat - both very funny! Oooh and American Pie!

at the time, Smokey and the Bandit was pretty funny ! I also enjoyed all the Porky's ! Naked Gun movies, and a lot of the kid movies are good too, like at Christmas, all the Home Alone, etc....

"Not Another Teen Movie"
Purely a parody film but if you know which film each joke is from you are in stitches. And if haven't seen the films they're are from, it becomes funny when you watch that films because you think:
"Oh yeah they did that on Not Another Teen Movie"
It's one of the best films in my opinion, and gets better after a few times of watching it cos you notice something funny new each time. =D
