Well I am assuming you want to know what weather is associated with low pressure and high pressure. High pressure is sinking air. This typically inhibits cloud formation so we traditionally see nice clear weather with high pressure. Low pressure systems bring the storms the rain the snow. All tropical systems like Hurricanes are low pressure.

Just another bit of information. Winds circulate around a High pressure clock-wise where as the winds circulate around a low counter clock-wise. I hope this helps

Low refers to a low pressure area where the atmospheric pressure decreases from the periphery to the centre. The winds blow in an anti-clockwise direction in the Northern Hemisphere. If low pressure area intensifies, you can expect a bad weather with cloud, rain and strong winds. At surface levels, more air flows into a low pressure region than flows out of it which is called covergence.
In a high pressure area, the pressure increases from the periphery towards the centre.More air goes out of the high pressure area than flows into it whch is called divergence. The pressure gradient will be usually small and winds are light and blow in a clock wise direction in the Northern Henisphere.Weather is usually fair in summer but in winter ,conditions will be favourable for formation of radiation fog which may sometimes lift to form thick low cloud creating 'anticyclonic gloom'.
