7 corydoras, 11 platies (5 are dwarves, won't get over 1.5''), 1 paradise gourami, 1 opaline gourami. I do w/c's every week, plus gravel vacuum every week.

Here's a picture, as of yesterday.

fine stocked, but no more.

the issue remains about the gourami, blue gouramies are very large 5-6 inches and will need alot of space. Another issue is it might fight with the paradice fish when older.

No, your 29 gallon isn't even overstocked. You can probably add some tetras so they make your tank appear more pleasing.

nice tank stocking is dependent on several factors: generically put the number of hiding spaces for the fish and the bio-load capability of your filter. and add some water

you may get the cory cats as a results of fact the fish it relatively is in there all waiting isn't vast, different than the angelfish they get to a reliable length except you get carry of the mini one. yet in any case you may get the fish you had to characteristic. i had 7convicts chicilids in my ten gallon and that they are doing fantastic my chum had 10 in a fifteen

a good filtration system allows more fish. if you vacuum the gravel every week I think you disturb the natural balance of the tank.

Nah. You're good to go. You have the correct amount of fish in your tank.
