I would wonder what it is that you say you have in your heart. I would imagine it would be hate or extreme anger, which is certainly understandable since you have been abused. I'm deeply sorry that you have been abused, there is no sense in anyone going through that. The best advice I can give you is to talk with someone you trust, whether that's a teacher, friend, or whomever. You need to talk. Stuffing it down inside will not make it go away, in the end it will only make it worse. I hope people will listen to you. The best of luck to you.

Go to God son, then with Him confront the thing in your heart, and with Him beat it down. Then beat it out of your heart.
After that trust God to lead you in the right way. Then you can get on with your life as a young man growing into adulthood with the proper perspectives on life.
God does exist He will hear you and He will help you. Just don't expect Him to do it your way, expect Him to do His way, in that what ever your trouble in heart is? He will see to it that it is beaten back properly. You are one of His children and I want you to know that. If you ask your dad for a loaf of bread will he give you a stone? I don't think so.
Asking your Father in Heaven for this help will not be refused. Asking God for help is one of the wisest thing anyone can do and for a young man like you it is a wonderful thing for Him to do. It isn't going to happen in the snap of a finger son but it will happen. Petition Him daily and He will see to it.

Aditya, take one thing in mind. You were abused and you possibly couldn't do anything then. It was not your fault and you should not fee guilty about what happened to you.
Try and remove this depression. And the only way is when you forget it. Try to forget the incidence as fast as possible. I know it is difficult, but got to do this.

My parents are abusive and i am fine now. When you think about or let it put you down it will. It may feel bad in your heart but its not your fault it should feel bad in their heart. Just live life and think of better things.
