Thress proenzymes that are involved in digestion of proteins in the stomach and intestines are pepsinogen, chymotrypsinogen, and trypinogen. what is the advantage of producing these enzymes as inactive peptide?

Pepsin is stored as pepsinogen so that it will only be released when needed, and does not digest the body's own proteins in the stomach lining.
