I couldn't have been more happier with the social status i had at school.

I wasn't really an outcast. My group was unique. We had a little of everyone in it. Kids that could have been popular, kids who were "freaks", a few kids that were druggies, and even a few of us were just out there. We didn't keep anyone from being in our group. And yes I am proud to say I was in that group. I wouldn't have had it any other way. We didn't judge each other like the other groups did and we were true friends.

Depends on the situation. I've always been a leader, I suppose. I refused to become what any particular group wanted me to be and "was my own person." I never really felt like an outcast, but I have felt "different" from some groups and in those cases I simply moved on. Still, I nearly always at least casually fit into most groups or situation. In school, I had good friends in nearly every circle or clique and I was often the satellite which brought together people who would otherwise never had associated with one another.

Since I'm a person that is not afraid to have my own views and I don't have to go along with everyone in the crowd, I guess at times to be my own person, I've felt like an outcast from time to time. Proud of it........ well I've haven't really thought of it as being proud of it..... I'm just glad that I have my own backbone and I don't have to follow the crown if I don't want to.

No I wasn't an outcast, I was one of the "popular kids" at school but sometimes I did wish I was an outcast simply becos if anything happened to you everyone would make a big deal out of it and gossip behind your back for weeks.

I'm a complete outcast now
and in the past years i've always been an outcast to an extent.
I'm not proud, because it's not great to have no acceptance whatsoever.
I /am/ proud that i remained and continue to remain true to myself and have never tried to conform to what people think i should be.

Growing up I was always trying to keep myself from everyone, but because I was worried of what people would say of me or what I would do -- some stupid. But, now that I am out of school and grown up (some) I wish I would have been more active in school and not so much a loner.

Psh i love being an outcast just because of who i am aka "smart" and i know when the "it" people are older they will be working at McDonalds and ill have the best job ever

I was not always an outcast. But now it makes you look at life in a different way. Like, you're glad you atleast have this life than starving in Africa & dying of AIDS. We may not find that many friends in life, but we always have ourself! =]

school is temporary. school is not real life.
living in the world and being an outcast is not fun at all. your life is like a movie theatre.....you see what everyone else is doing and you are not apart of it.
