i just got my iPod nano, but its a hand-me-down from a friend. there is already songs on it, is it possible to delete some of them but not all of them, how would i do that. also how do i get iTunes? Thanks for the help

^ I don't think that'll work. I think that will just erase all your songs.

And follow the directions to copy all the music from your iPod to your computer. It's easy and safe because you don't have to download anything. After it's done, open iTunes and click on Music. Then simply find the songs that you don't want, right click on them, and press Delete.

If you want to delete a bunch of songs at once, press Ctrl and then highlight each one, then right click/delete.

you download itunes. plug the nano in with the usb.
go onto itunes and wait until the nano comes up. then click onto MUSIC below the ipod button. and delete what you want. EASY!
