^ That person is right, just go to http://www.zamzar.com/url and type in the URL of the YouTube vid and press Convert to mp4.
They'll send you an email, just click on the link, press Download, then Save, then save it somewhere where you'll be able to find it. Then open iTunes and press File > Add File to Library, and click on it.
There's one by Natasha Bedingfield called Babies which is funny. Or What I've Done by Linkin Park. Also, Alfie by Lily Allen is hilarious.
