Try to get ideas from this one written from the perspective of baby to mother:

Mom
I grew inside you mom, for over half a year
I felt everything you felt, your hopes, dreams, and fears.
You keep me warm and safe and feed,
mom in your warm soft baby bed.

It came time for me to see you the person, for me who cared
the person who's life for over half a year I lovingly shared.
Now we see each other, mom, our hearts swell will pride
I can tell you would always love me, I can see it in your eyes.

And I will always love you mom,
for it was you, who gave me life through those loving eyes.

Here's another good one to give you ideas:

Mommy, I'm Here!

Today I heard your heartbeat, you said "Mommy I'm here" But then, scared, you moved away.

In a few months, I'll feel you move you'll be saying "Mommy, I'm here" I'll be excited, telling everyone about it!

And in 7 1/2 months, you'll be here. I'll hold you in my arms, and hear your first cry. You'll be saying "Mommy I'm here", and you finally will be, But you're already completly real to me!

good luck
