I watch every show and got on to check out who a guest star was that looked familiar and came across a character called "Lucy" that has been in 14 shows. I don't remember any Lucy...Anyone remember?

I believe she's one of the people who track cell phones or something like that...someone who works in the office - you don't see her too much but I know who you're talking about =)
