The reason I need a new powercord is because my gamecube is american and as such I need a different cord. Please only answer if you speak english (sorry but I do not speak german). And when i say somewhere to buy it i mean an actual store not ebay, because i do not have credit card or anything.

You just go to ebay and enter gamecube and powercord in the search field.

You can go on the internet and buy it there, then get it shipped to your house
