I check my emails. Then fifteen minutes later it doesn't work. Message come up saying Yahoo server is not working. This has been going on for three days. Not one word from Yahoo. What? Are they making so much money they don't give a sh*t?

This has not happened to me lately, but about 2 weeks ago, it happened a couple of times. Perhaps there is work being done on the servers, or maybe the local service provider is having a bit of a glitch. Usually, things are resolved within seconds.

No problems here, and I honestly can't remember the last time I did have a problem with Yahoo mail.

Maybe the problem is at your end, and your accusation of Yahoo "making so much money they don't give a sh*t" is entirely incorrect?

I suppose that Ya Who is just like every other organization that works with volunteers on a large scale basis. If & when they need assistence, only THEN, do they put out a call for help from the public. It appears that there is a higher money return when a business can show proof of their problems in order to get low interest loans & government assisted grants & such for research purposes. Don't forget...we are ALL just lab rats when we come here! IMO!

Hi Wally! Actually, Yahoo has been working extremely well for me this week. I hope I haven't just jinxed it. My main problem is usually in Instant Messenger.Have a great Sunday, my fellow Hoosier!

Frankly, I believe you are right. Every time they decide to make a change, things get screwed up!...and nope, nary a word of warning and forget apologies for the inconvenience. Take this site for instance, when with no warning I'll click on Seniors and it will say 'Drat no questions...'...I learned to just click again..then Voila! it works. Gets on my daggum nerves.

My only problem for the last couple of days, is being required to input the anti-spam "skewed number/letter" combinations to be allowed to forward on jokes and other mail.

Of course they dont give a crap about it. They get paid just the same whether we can use it or not. Doesnt bother them at all if we are frustrated or just plain angry.

Maybe it's your browser.
I mean, maybe it's not Yahoo... because that hasn't been happening to me. :S
