You are talking about using a rhythm method (Timing your activity to be during the times you are least likely to be fertile)
in addition to the condom, etc. It will help to decrease the risk of preganancy

Keep in mind that rhythm methods alone aren't terribly reliable. Our bodies don't always run on predictable schedules, but if you keep careful track of things, adding in a rhythm method can certainly help decrease pregnancy risks if used in combination with other contraceptive methods.

Frankly though, if you are this paranoid about it, is the sex any fun at all for you?

Get on the pill. Layering your birth control is always good for peace of mind. It is unlikely you will get pregnant having sex 2 days before your period, but it is always possible.

To be honest, if you are this scared of getting pregnant, you are better off not having sex at all. I know it sounds harsh, but there really is always a chance, and it's a really big responsibility to take on.

i have studied that if copulation occurs within 24 hrs of ovulation, then conception may occur
and you said that your bf is also using condum .
so i think the risks involved are minimal. if u still
have a doubt then you can take some contraceptive pills.

I think if you are so scared it means that you aren't ready to take responsibility of being pregnant, therefore you shouldn't have sex. Regardless of all precautions, pregnancy can happen. The only sure way is to not have sex.

Why don't you find a safer form of contraception.... the pill, injection, implant, coil?
