I know how to become stronger physically. Are there similar mental and emotional workouts?

Confidence comes with continuelly facing life head on and surviving, this makes you mentally tough. Look back at some things you have already overcome, that should give you some courage, because you have had to overcome some obstacles just to get where you are today. Since you have already made it this far there is no reason to think you can't handle anything else that comes up, obviously the older you get and the more responsibility you take on the tougher mentally you have to be but you have been building towards that time all your life, you can handle the next step, just believe in your self and go on. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, you learn something both ways that will help you the next time. Don't be the norm, be courages.

First of all, how do we measure how "strong" our mental and emotional are?

Basically, we can answer this by simply reflecting some of our life events which had happened to us. For instance, when you're having an exam, how do you react? Or maybe a challenge by a friend, how do we take it?

Simply knowing where we lack our strength are, we can make our mental and emotional stronger.

To do this, we must remember that how strong our mental and emotional is how we think and perceive the world.

To describe them here, there won't be enough time to write. However, you can try to improve on how you think and talk to your self. This can be done by simply reading self-help books which will be very useful. Apply them as soon you gain the knowledge.

Good luck!
