If you aren't an adult yet, they have the responsibility of training, leading, and controlling you. If you're an adult living with your parents on their dime, you're obligated to them and they have the right to control the situation. If you're an adult living on your own money in your own place, they can't control you any more than you allow. However, they still love you and want the best for you so they may be trying to help you avoid the consequences of some of the bad decisions you are making.

It actually boils down to mammalian biology. For the survival of our species. Think about how your house pets (cats, dogs, guinea pigs) and other fellow mammals nurture and protect their young. Some may interpret these animal instincts as signs that the parents "care", or "love" their young, but it is really just deeply inlaid biological programming: Like all living things, we are hard-wired for the survival of the species.
There is another very important attribute to this hard-wiring; and that is natural rebellion in the offspring as they reach their own adulthood. They must separate from the parent, and go elsewhere to find a mate to reproduce and start the cycle all over again.
During this process of separation, there is naturally some push and pull as the parent seeks to protect and the child seeks to separate... At this time, parents sometimes look at their offspring as reckless rebels, and the offspring perceive in their erstwhile nurturing and protecting parents a tendency towards dictatorship and control.

I dont know i am parent and we always think we no the answer and dont think that you can make the right choices.
like telling you where to go and what time to come back and who you can go and see sounds crazy but i am parent.

Almost most of parents are well willing to their children.
They control them for their well wishing. We should not feel it in other way. If you are feeling it is too much then try to prove it logically before them.

Obviously by asking this question BECAUSE THEY NEED TO BE!!
Kids think they know everything and there is way too much sickness in the world to not control where you go, who you associate with, what you wear, etc.
IT IS BECAUSE THEY LOVE YOU AND DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU HURT OR IN TROUBLE AND THEY WANT YOU HEALTHY HAPPY AND TO MATURE INTO A STABLE ADULT!
