Not a question just a little thank you! Me and my Husband stayed in Wayne, New Jersey last week on a family holiday (we are from England) and visited Manhattan every day.
We absolutely loved it there and was amazed how friendly you lot where - especially the locals from Wayne who really made an effort to get to know us!
What a lovely bunch of people you are and we hope to visit soon x

So glad you had a good time. Also glad you could see New York, probably the best city in the US to see first.
If you have some time in the future, come back across the pond, spend some time in Virginia, then travel south to either Charleston, South Carolina or Savannah Georgia. I would recommend you do your best to avoid the big mouse in Florida. Travel across the country to Texas and see San Antonio and Austin, then keep going west and see Scottsdale, Arizona, Flagstaff Arizona and the Grand Canyon, skip over Las Vegas and Los Angeles and See San Diego and San Francisco California, maybe make a short trip to Seattle, Washington, and then hop over to Kona Hawaii. Stop off in Chicago and Boston on your way back to the UK. That will give you a good feel for the US. And we will all be nice and thrilled to have you!

consider the British and Australians almost like extended family. We do not always agree politically-but always stand together during times of peril.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! If you come back again, I recommend Florida, or southern California for a good vacation spot.
Were we all as fat and stupid as you thought we were going to be? Just curious cause that's a common stereotype of us that I often hear.
