I live in pakistan and i want to know what other people in the world think of it.Good or bad,true or false Ijust want to know what other people think.

I think Pakistan is stuck bad in the clutches of the West.....now they are either with them or no where.....

I know about Pakistan a bit because 11% of my town's population is Asian. I suspect that it would be really interesting and that the people are very varied. I suspect I would get on with the urban educated people, but village people although not unpleasant , believe in a faith that I couldn't deal with. As I like Art, I would find the crafts of Pakistan really interesting but would struggle to find any high Art. I suspect that I would really like the landscape. (and the food) I'm 57 and a white male by the way. I think that much of the fighting we now see on TV really comes from the Saudis influence and their financing of extreme people.

I live in the UK.
I think that Pakistan is a troubled country, but it could be great. The single most important piece of advice I think I could give you is this;
Don't lose your secular government. I know that alot of Pakistani's aren't happy with your government but I also know that if that government went then Pakistan has got a fair chance of having a religious leadership. Look what that's done to countries like Afghanistan and Iran.

A country with a rich potential to go places and join mainstream international development process and a gifted population but Ruined by Army and Extremist and Terrorists.Thanks to them that Pakistan is now on the verge of being declared a Failed State.We in India feel sad at the plight of our brothers in Pakistan,who given the right kind of government and social and economical conditions, can do wonders in all fields of human endeavor.

i imagine it too be, hot ,dirty,busy,dusty,lots of flies,beggers,smelly,noisy,small houses with lots of people living in them,with little food.
