How can I make my hands less clumsy in playing the guitar ?

My hands are clumsy and dont hit the notes right, even more the hand that is on the fretboard than the one that holds the pick, I need speed and flexibility, How can I do that ?

practice - practice - practice

and 5 times slow - for every time you play 'a tempo'
(at speed)

you have to teach your fingers how to bend - where to hit
etc - works for pianists and guitarists

except I have really fat fingers - and I can take the WHOLE
fret down at once with these sausages! LOL
